    Your Graduating Class Memory Book will include:

    • 25cm (10 inch) x 25cm (10 inch) size

    • High quality construction with 2.5mm hardcover with laminate film

    • 250gsm premium paper

    • 150gsm transparent page featuring school information (standard) or personalised with individual student image and details (optional)

    • Professional binding

    • 4 x blank pages for signatures / messages

    Protect your beautifully crafted Memory Book with our tailor-made, magnetic-closure folding black display box embellished with a silver foiled graduation year.

    Premium Package 2: Personalised Student Page

    Personalise your Graduation book with a full color student photo (supplied by purchaser) and list major achievements, favorite motto or quote , or a short message from parent/purchaser (limit 3-5 sentences).

    Premium Package 3: Customised graduating year Black Display Box & Personalised Student Page

    Combine Premium Package Options 1 & 2 for the ultimate Graduation keepsake and save $10.

    Payment. In full at time of ordering

    Ordering. Orders must be placed by May 1st to take advantage of the above listed prices. Orders received after this date will incur 'late order fees'. Delivery will be made to school for convenient individual pick up/distribution. If you wish to receive personal delivery additional/individual shipping costs apply. Please email us at gradbook@visualmemories.net for a personal quote.

    Cancellations. If cancellation is made after May 31st, a full refund (minus 20% administration fee) will be issued.

    Premium Package 2 & 3. If you choose either of these premium packages, responsibility for provision of photographs and text by September 1st is that of the parent/purchaser after ordering.     • Turn your favorite photos into a timeless keepsake to be cherished forever! Here’s how…

      1. Please ensure you have used the Currency Converter located on the main menu header to view prices in your selected currency

      2. Select your preferred book STYLE Layflat or Hardcover

      3. Select your book BULK COPIES - (20-49, 50-99 or 100+ copies) and add to cart. 

        Please note - After adding to cart, in Checkout you will be able to input the exact quantities of book copies you require with the + button. If you have selected the 20-49 Bulk Option, use the + button to add a quantity of, for example, 35 copies.

      4. Continue Shopping to select your OPTIONAL EXTRAS - click on the links below for more information. 

        Please note - Optional Extra's need to be added to cart separately. When you are ready to Checkout, you will be able to control the specific number of optional extras required (these do not need to be one per book). For example, you may require 35 books and 12 Display Boxes. These can easily be adjusted in the Checkout cart using the + button.

      5. After payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check this carefully and contact us at support@visualmemories.net if you have any further questions. At this time a short Visual Memories Design Brief will be emailed to you. It is also available for download on the website. Once completed, send back to us and we will contact you when a draft pdf of your Graduation Book is available for your approval.

      6. After checkout is complete, click on Photo Upload link where you will be transferred to our upload service. Select your folders and click send, it’s as easy as that!

        You will receive an email confirmation when your photos have been successfully uploaded at your end and downloaded at ours! Please check our Help menu or click here for the Photo Upload Link which includes instructions and access to upload your photos to the Visual Memories design team.
