Step 1. DO A ONCE-OVER!

Our Upload Photo Guide will lead you through the important steps in the process of your PhotoBook and Wall Art prints creation. Please be sure to check this comprehensive guide prior to uploading any photos. Remember, we’re here to help so contact us if you have any questions. -
Step 2. BE ORGANISED
To ensure we design your photo book in the sequence your special event occurred or your wall art prints as you would like, we will require a bit of sorting on your end. We recommend your images be sorted into specific named or numbered photo folders in your files, prior to uploading, so that we are aware of the order your page layouts will require. For example, if your photobook will feature your vacation memories, sequence your folders by day/date or by your travel itinerary. You can use as many folders as you wish, we’re happy to accept them! -
Step 3. ZIP EM UP!
When your folders are organised in your preferred sequence, they need to be zipped for uploading. But have no fear - creating zipped files is a simple task, which we'll explain here:
For Windows:
Locate the file or folder that you want to zip.
Right-click on the file or folder, select 'Send to', and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.
A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
To rename it, right-click the folder, select Rename, and then type the new name.
For a Mac:
Locate the items to zip in the Mac Finder (file system)
Control click on the file, folder, or files you want to zip.
Select “Compress Items”
Find the newly created .zip archive in the same directory. -
Step 4. GET UPLOADING
When your zip files are ready, just head to our easy upload link which will direct you to WeTransfer, a free application which allows you to conveniently share multiple, large files with Visual Memories. There is no need to download the application and the transfer can be done in your own time, at your own convenience.
Just click this Photo Upload Link button which then allows you to drag in your photos/zipped files. Simply click on your files and select the ones you'd like to upload. You can click the Add files button as often as you want. Then add in your email address and click send. Done! We will then begin working on your customised designs as soon as we receive your upload.
Please note depending on the number and size of images/files you are sending, and the available speed of your internet connection, the transfer time can sometimes be quite lengthy. No worries, have a cup of coffee, lunch, pick up the kids, take a nap... while your computer does all the hard work and you can eagerly await your striking PhotoBook!

After payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check this carefully and contact us at support@visualmemories.net if you have any further questions.
After checkout is complete, click on the Photo Upload Link for instructions and to access the link to upload your photos to the Visual Memories design team. The Photo Upload link is where you will be transferred to our upload service. Simply select your photos and click send, it’s as easy as that! You will receive an email confirmation when your photos have been successfully uploaded at your end and downloaded at ours! We will contact you when a draft pdf of your Wall Set is available for your approval.
Then all you need to do is sit back, relax and plan where you will be displaying your Design Your Own Photo Wall, while we get to work creating your order!
